摘    要:目的]研究碳源对低有机质含量污泥生物减水工艺参数的影响。方法]以城镇生活污水处理厂污泥为基质,以稻草、木屑、回料污泥为调理剂,研究碳源对低有机质含量污泥生物减水工艺参数的影响。结果]对于低有机质含量污泥(30%左右),用30%的回料将湿污泥的初始含水率调节为60%,再混合15%~20%的稻草,采用间歇式翻堆和强制通风,污泥的含水率在7~10 d降低至50%以下,达到污泥生物减水的目的。结论]该研究为低有机质含量污泥生物减水工艺的优化提供了参考。

Influence of the Carbon Source on Biological Water-reducing Process Parameter of the Sludge with Low Organic Content

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study influence of the carbon source on biological water-reducing process parameter of the sludge with low organic content.Method] Sludge from urban sewage treatment plant as substrate,rice straw,wooden meal and back-feed sludge as conditioners,influence of the carbon source on biological water-reducing process parameter of the sludge with low organic content was studied.Result] For sludge with organic content of 30%,30% back-feed sludge was used to adjust initial moisture to 60%.Then,15%-20% rice straw was mixed,and intermittent turning and forced draft ventilation were used.Moisture content of the sludge decreased to below 50% in 7-10 d,achieving biological water-reducing goal for sludge.Conclusion] The research provided reference for optimization of the biological water-reducing process of the sludge with low organic content.
