紫茎泽兰对重金属锌富集特性研究

摘    要:[目的]研究紫茎泽兰对重金属Zn的富集特性。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收法,研究了紫茎泽兰在重金属Zn胁迫下的富集作用。[结果]在一定的浓度范围内,紫茎泽兰对Zn具有较强的富集作用;Zn在紫茎泽兰不同部位的含量不同,茎叶>根;随着生长环境中Zn浓度的增加,紫茎泽兰各部位Zn富集量随之增加,但富集系数及转移系数随之降低。[结论]紫茎泽兰可用于植物修复Zn污染土壤。

Study on Accumulation Characteristics of the Zn for Eupatorium adenophorum

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study accumulation characteristics of the Zn for Eupatorium adenophorum.[Method] By using flame atomic absorption spectrometry,accumulation effect of the E.adenophorum under Zn stress was studied.[Result] Within a certain Zn concentration range,E.adenophorum had strong accumulation effect on Zn.Zn content at different parts of the E.adenophorum was different,and Zn content at stem and leaf was bigger than that at root.As Zn concentration increased in growth environment,accumulation amount of the Zn at different parts of the E.adenophorum also increased,while enrichment factor and transfer factor declined.[Conclusion] E.adenophorum could be used to restore the soil polluted by Zn.
