摘 要: | [目的]研究头花蓼总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。[方法]采用单因素试验和正交试验选出提取头花蓼总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。[结果]确定头花蓼总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度40%,料液比1:20(W/V,g/ml,下同),温度80℃,提取时间2 h,提取次数3次;在此条件下,头花蓼总黄酮的得率为8.304%,纯度为52.10%。[结论]试验优选的花蓼总黄酮的最佳提取工艺准确可行。

Abstract: | [Objective] To study the extraction technology of flavonoids in Polygonum capitatum.[Method] The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids in Polygonum capitatum were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal experiment.[Results] The optimum conditions were as follows: ethanol solvents 40%,ratio of liquid to material 1∶20,extraction at 80 ℃ for 2 hours and extracting 3 times.By the above conditions,the yield and purity of total flavonoids were up to 8.304% and 52.10% respectively.[Conclusion] The obtained extraction technique is accurate and feasible. |
