自制大肠菌群快速检测纸片的应用效果

目的]探究自制大肠菌群快速检测纸片的应用效果。方法]以自制大肠菌群快速检测纸片为材料,对辽宁农业职业技术学院餐具及水质进行了监测,并比较了自制纸片、市售纸片和国标方法的检测结果。结果]检测水质时,自制纸片与国标法的符合率、合格率相一致;检测餐具时,自制纸片与市售纸片的符合率、合格率相一致。结论]纸片法比发酵法能大量节省人力和物力,且与市售纸片结果相似,适合在基层检验单位推广使用。

Application Effect of Self-made Rapid Detection Paper for Coliform Bacteria

Objective] The aim was to explore the application effect of self-made rapid detection paper for coliform bacteria.Method] The quantities of coliform bacteria in tableware and water collected from Liaoning Agricultural Vocational-technical College were determined by self-made rapid detection paper,meanwhile detection results of self-made rapid detection paper,saled paper and national standard method were compared.Result] When the water was detected,the result of self-made rapid detection paper was consistent with the coincidence rate and the passing rate of national standard method.When the tableware was detected,the result of self-made rapid detection paper was consistent with the coincidence rate and the passing rate of saled paper.Conclusion] The self-made rapid detection paper for coliform bacteria could save more manpower and material resources than national standard method,and the detection result is similar to that of saled paper,so it is suitable for food microorganism monitoring of basic level inspection department.
