优良品种鸡杂交试验研究

摘    要:利用优良肉用鸡与当地品种鸡进行杂交,通过对各杂交组合后代的孵化率、成活率、均匀度、活重以及纯利润进行综合分析评价,得出:杂交组合从优到差的次序依次是,大骨鸡♀×岭南黄快羽快长型商品代蛮杂一代、矮脚鸡♀×岭南黄快羽快长型商品代蛮杂一代、大骨鸡♀×固始鸡♂和固始鸡♀×岭南黄特优3号♂两个杂交组合的杂一代,并且4个杂交组合的纯利润分别高出当地肉杂鸡5.36、5.78、0.54、0.22元·只^-1,最大效益活重分别为2143.8、2462.1、1578.3、1402.7g。

Abstract:The experiment of crossbreeding on excellent meat chicken and local chicken was conducted. The hatch rate, survival rate,even rate,live weight and net profit were comprehensive analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the order of crossbreeding combination from excellent to worse was Da Gu♀× Ling Nanhuang merchandise generation ♂, Ai Jiao♀× Ling Nanhuang merchandise generation ♂ ,Da Gu♀× Gu Shi merchandise generation♂ ,Gu Shi♀×Ling Nanhuang Te You 3 ♂ ,and the net profit per chicken of the four combination was all more than local meat crossbreed chicken 5.36Yuan,5.78Yuan,0. 54 Yuan,0. 22 Yuan,respectively. The maximum profit live weight were 2 143. 8,2 462. 1,1 578.3 and 1 402.7 g respectively.
