皖豆26号大豆新品种选育及配套栽培技术

为了研究皖豆26号大豆新品种的选育及其栽培技术。皖豆26号大豆新品种是安徽省农科院作物所1994年以蒙91-413为母本,郑9097为父本进行有性杂交,然后通过混合系谱法选育而成,2006年通过安徽省品种审定。2003~2004年参加安徽省大豆品种区域试验,两年平均产量2 552.5 kg/hm2,比对照中豆20增产9.18%。2004年参加安徽省大豆品种生产试验,平均产量2 643.4 kg/hm2,比对照中豆20增产13.73%。在多年多点试验示范中均表现抗病、抗倒伏、高产稳产,蛋白质含量42.91%,脂肪含量20.22%,生育期102 d,最佳种植密度为21万~27万株/hm2。皖豆26号是一个早中熟、高产、抗倒伏夏大豆新品种,商品性好,适于安徽省沿淮淮北地区作夏大豆品种种植。

Breeding of a New Soybean Variety Wandou 26 and its Cultivation Technique×

The new soybean variety Wandou 26 was bred with mixed pedigree method after sexual hybridization with Meng 91-413 as female parent and Zheng 9097 as male parent made by Crop Institute,Anhui Academy of Agricultural Science in 1994.The variety was examined and approved by Anhui province in 2006.In the soybean variety region experiments in Anhui province in 2003～2004,Wandou 26 had average yield of 2 552.5 kg/hm2,being 9.18% higher than CK Zhongdou 20.In the soybean variety production experiments,Wandou 26 had average yield of 2 643.4 kg/hm2,being 13.73% higher than CK Zhongdou 20.In the multi-location experiment and demonstration for more years,Wandou 26 showed disease resistance,lodge resistance and high and stable yield,with the protein content of 42.91%,fat content of 20.22%,growth stage of 102 d and the optimum planting density of 21×104～27×104 plants/hm2.Wandou 26 is a new early-middle soybean variety with high yield,lodge resistance and good commercial quality,which is suitable to be planted in Huaibei area along Huaihe River of Anhui province.
