丁草胺和马拉硫磷对翅碱蓬生长及抗氧化酶系统的影响

摘    要:为探讨翅碱蓬Suaeda heteroptera对农药胁迫的反应,通过盆栽试验测定了不同浓度的农药(丁草胺、马拉硫磷)对翅碱蓬的发芽率、苗高、苗质量、体内超氧阴离子自由基、过氧化氢含量,以及对抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶SOD、过氧化氢酶CAT、过氧化物酶POD)活性的影响。结果表明:在8 mg/kg以下浓度的丁草胺胁迫下,翅碱蓬生长与对照组相近,酶活性较稳定,膜脂过氧化程度低,对翅碱蓬伤害不大,在8 mg/kg及以上浓度的丁草胺胁迫下,翅碱蓬的生长和酶活性受到明显影响,丙二醛(MDA)含量上升,膜脂过氧化程度高,对翅碱蓬的伤害较大;在不同浓度的马拉硫磷胁迫下,翅碱蓬各项指标有明显的变化,但在试验所选浓度范围内,翅碱蓬有非常好的耐受性,能长时间地保持在一个相对稳定的水平抵御毒害,并维持较高发芽率和较强的生命力,从MDA含量和发芽率看,马拉硫磷对翅碱蓬有正面的影响。

Effect of butachlor and malathion on growth and antioxidant enzyme system in common seepweed herb Suaeda heteroptera
Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of pesticides butachlor and malathion on growth including germina-tion, height, and weight, contents of superoxide anion free radical and hydrogen peroxide, and activities of antioxi-dant enzymes superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) , catalase ( CAT ) , and peroxidase ( POD ) were studied in common seepweed herb Suaeda heteroptera by a pot experiment. The results showed that the common seepweed herb had sta-ble enzyme activities, low lipid peroxidation and the same growth rate as the plant in the control group at below 8 mg/kg of butachlor, showing little harmful. At over 8 mg/kg of butachlor, however, there were higher content of MDA and membrane lipid peroxidation and poor growth in the plant exposed to butachlor, the plant being very harmful. Within the concentrations in present experiment, the plant showed very good tolerance to malathion, in-cluding high germination rate and strong vitality, and maintained a relatively stable level against toxicity for a long time, even though the plant had variations in growth and enzyme activities. Based on the MDA content and germi-nation rate, malathion even had positive effects.
