| 摘 要： | 本文对多媒体的产生、应用和发展进行了分析,对多媒体资源辅助高校老师教学、帮助学生学习、促进学校建设和发展的重要作用进行了阐述。对于图书馆在多媒体收集、保存、管理提出了新方法。从图书信息管理的角度提出了多媒体应用和发展的一些基本原则,对多媒体研发与管理体系建设进行了分析,并给出了在当前图书馆可行的实施方案与对策。
