元宝枫嫩枝扦插试验

摘    要:以2年生元宝枫当年嫩枝为材料,在全光喷雾条件下,研究了不同外源激素(IBA,NAA和ABT1号生根粉)处理之间、不同元宝枫无性系之间插穗扦插成活率的差异。结果表明,不同种类激素、不同质量浓度处理,以及不同无性系间的成活率和平均插穗单株生根数存在显著差异。ABT1和IBA处理比NAA处理,生根效果更好,最高扦插成活率分别达到71.11%和73.33%,而NAA只有44.45%;在供试的元宝枫11个无性系中,以500mg/LABT1水溶液处理插穗,扦插成活率高于80%的无性系有UR08和W1,扦插成活率介于70%-80%之间无性系有UR07,NM2和NM5,无性系R02,BL07,W2和KM1的成活率在50%-70%之间;无性系R01,R03扦插成活率较低,只有37.63%和33.53%。

Abstract:Trials on the cuttages from annual semi-lignified sprouts of 2-year-old seedlings of Acer truncatum were carried out with different treatments,including different concentration of such exogenous hormones as IBA,NAA and ABT1,and different clones. The results showed that all the different treatments could significantly influence the cuttage’s rate of survival and the adventitious root number. Compared with NAA,ABT1 and IBA had better inducibility of cutting propagation,with the highest survival rate of 71.11% and 73.33% respectively,while the treatment of NAA got 44.45% only. With the treatment of 500 mg/L ABT1,Clone UR08 ,W1 had the survival rate more than 80%,Clone UR07,NM2 and NM5 had the survival rate between 70% and 80%,Clone R02,BL07,W2,KM1 had the survival rate between 50% and 70%. The survival rates of Clone R01 and R03 were relatively low,only reaching 37.63% and 33.53%.
