| 摘 要： | 综述了转基因技术在苜蓿改良中的应用研究进展和取得的成绩,如改善了苜蓿的品质、抗逆性、抗虫害、抗除草剂、抗病性等;讨论了转基因苜蓿巨大的商业化潜力;指出了在期望利益的同时,应注意评估转基因苜蓿的生物安全问题和商业化过程中存在的其他问题。

| Abstract: | Alfalfa is the most important bird's-foot in word,via using the technology of transgening to improve alfalfa,we find that gene engineering enhances quality of alfalfa,stress-tolerance,insect-tolerance,herbicidetolerance,disease-tolerance and so on.Trangenetic alfalfa has a great potential of commercialization.Besides expecting benefits of trangenetic alfalfa,we should evaluate problem of biology safety and commercialization of trangenetic alfalfa. |
