| 摘 要： | 在城乡分割的二元社会经济结构下,我国农村的社会保障制度具有社区性、低层次性和制度的非正式性等特征。应以促进城乡社会保障制度的衔接为农村社会保障制度建设的切入点,构建以城乡一体化为目标的中国特色的农村社会保障制度。

| Abstract: | Under the dual structure in urban and rural economy,rural social security system in china has some identities such as community,low-lever and institutional informality.We should take the joins of social security systems in urban and rural areas as a breakthrough point to construct rural social security system and construct rural social security system with Chinese characteristics that aims at urban and rural unity. |
