针对高职院校图书馆教师用户的培训策略研究

摘    要:高职教师用户信息需求的特点决定了针对这部分读者的用户培训必然有自己的原则和策略。目前,学术界对高职院校教师读者的用户培训研究还处于起步阶段,对于教师用户的培训手段还处于传统方式时期。以常州机电职业技术学院图书馆的调查数据为基础,简述了图书馆开展用户培训的必要性,分析了高职院校教师用户信息需求特点,建立了用户培训模型,提出在新形势下针对高职院校教师读者的用户培训策略与改进措施。这些措施在实践中取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Special principle and strategy are needed because of characteristic information demand of teacher users in vocational college.At present,academic research on user training of teachers in vocational college is still at its infant stage,and research on teacher users 'training method is still in the traditional way time.The paper,based on investigation data of Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology,summarizes the necessity of library user training,analyzes teacher readers' information demand in vocational colleges and establishes the user training model.Some user training strategy and the corrective measures are proposed which have made the good progress in reality.
