摘    要:目的]筛选出最佳的果胶提取工艺。方法]以十二烷基伯胺的乙酸盐溶液作为果胶的沉降剂,提取柑桔皮果胶。结果]在pH3.5,温度50℃的稀果胶萃取液中加入十二烷基伯胺乙酸盐溶液,可与带负电荷果胶形成不溶于水的果胶十二胺盐复合物,完全沉降析出,再经过酸解和乙醇洗涤步骤,得到灰分低于1%的果胶,产率高达16.8%。结论]十二烷基伯胺乙酸盐盐析法提取工艺可以用于高效率制备优质果胶,为利用废弃物开发生物大分子多糖-果胶开辟了新的途径。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to screen out the optimal extraction technology for the pectin.Method] The pectin was extracted from orange peel,with Dodecylamine acetate salt as sinking agent.Result] After extraction from orange peel,the pectin solution was first precipitated with dodecylamine acetate salt at pH 3.5 and 50 ℃,and then dissolved with dilute hydrochloric acid and washed with alcohol.Ash content of production was less than 1%,and extracting yield reached 16.8%.Conclusion] The method of dodecylamine acetate salt precipitation could be used in the preparation of high quality pectin efficiently.The study developed a new approach on the exploitation of biomacromolecule polysaccharide-pectin from the waste.
