堆肥渗透水对几种植物早期生长的影响

摘    要:试验是依据OECD(OrganizationForEconomicCooperationandDevelopment经济合作和发展组织)试验指导208进行的,对堆肥渗透水对小麦、独行菜两种植物的出苗及早期生长的影响进行了研究,所用的两种植物都是OECD208中划定的对植物毒性实验敏感的作物。将种子种植在温室的花盆中,种植前所用土壤分别用少量不同浓度的堆肥渗透水搅拌,然后分别用不同浓度的堆肥渗透水浇灌,堆肥渗透水的浓度分别为0,50%,75%,100%。测定每种植物的IC10,IC50及EC10,EC50。所用3种堆肥渗透水均对种子出苗率及幼苗的生长有影响。

Abstract:The effect of seepage water of compost on the emergence and early growth of two crop species (Triticum aestivum and Lepidium sativum), was assessed using OECD Test Guideline 208. The crop species are sensitive species used in phytotoxicity testing. Seeds were grow in pots in a glasshourse in a soil irrigated with seegage water at the concentrations of 0, 50%, 75%, 100%, IC 10 , IC 50 , EC 10 , EC 50 . The values were determined for each species. All the three treatment of seepage water affected emergence and seedling growth.
