高压静电场分离油菜,芝麻种子对萌发期超氧物歧化酶的影响

摘    要:超氧物歧化酶(SOD)具有清除生物机体内超氧自由基的作用,经高压静电场场效应分离而落入理想区的油菜、芝麻种子,其超氧物歧化酶活性较未经高压静电场分离处理的对照油菜种子活性平均提高了18.11%;芝麻种子活性平均提高了17.31%之多,这将为优选种子开创了一个新途径。

Abstract:SOD can clean the superoxide free radical in biological body.After being separated by high voltage electrostatic field and fell into ideal area,the enzyme activity of rape seeds and sesame seed increased by 18.11% and 17.13% compard with those not being treated.This will lead to a new way of separating seeds.
