摘    要:为探明多胺在沙田柚开花坐果中的生理作用,以沙田柚为试材,研究了其开花过程中花药、幼果中内源腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)、精受(Spm)的含量变化及外源多胺对花粉管伸长、胚珠寿命和坐果的影响效果。结果表明,沙田柚在开花过程中,花药中3种多胺的含量逐渐降低;从蕾期到第一次生理落果,幼果内多胺含量呈下降趋势,但受精幼果比未受精幼果下降速度缓慢;用3种外源多胺喷布花蕾,均促进了花粉管伸长,延缓了胚珠衰老,增强了受精能力,提高了坐果率。

Abstract:The changes in polyamine (PAs) contents including putrescine,Spermine, spermidine in stamen and pistil of Shatian pummelo during blossom and fruit setting, and the effects of them on pollen tube sbretch, ovule vitality and fruit setting were investigated. The results show that the contents of PAs decline gradually during blossom; from loosen flower bud to the first fruit drop stage, the contents of PAs tend to decline in young fruit, but the decrease speed of the fertilized fruit is slower than that of the unfertilized ones. After spraying PAs upon culsters, the extension of pollen tubes is promoted;the life span of ovules is prolonged;the capacity of fertilization is enhanced;the rate of fruit setting is raised.
