| 摘 要： | 用稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia oryzae Cav)小种A_(13)、B_(15)、C_(15)接种水稻抗病恢复系8480、密阳46与感病品种丽江新团黑谷、江南香糯的杂交组合,根据F_1、F_2和B_1F_2抗感分离比的分析结果,密阳46对A_(13)、C_(15)的抗性是由2对显性重复基因控制,对B_(15)的抗性是由1对显性基因控制;8480对A_(13)的抗性由2对显性互补基因控制,对B_(15)、C_(15)的抗性由1对显性基因控制。试验过程中三次对供试菌种在鉴别寄主上进行致病性测定,结果表明其致病性稳定。

| Abstract: | F_1, F_2and B_1F_1plants of crosses between resistant parents 8480, miyang 46 and suceptible parents Jiang NanxiangLuo, LiJian Xinturanheigu were inoculated with three physiologic races, A_(13), B_(15), B_(15) of Pyriclaria oryzae Cav to analyze the genetic patterns of the two resistant parents. The results showed that the resistance of miyang 46 to A_(13), C_(15) was controlled by two pairs of duplicate dominant genes respectively, and as to the resistance to B_(15), there is a pair of dominant genes in miyang 46. The resistance of 8480 to race B_(15), C_(15) is controlled by a pair of dominant genes respectively, and as to the resistance to A_(13), there are two paris of dominants complementary genes. |
