| 摘 要： | 随着集约化养殖的发展和养殖密度的增大，环境中病毒存在会造成疫病的流行和传播，给人和动物的健康造成严重的危害，对养殖企业造成严重的经济损失。为及时了解养殖环境中病毒情况，需加强致病性病毒的环境监测，形成猪场疾病预警监测机制。作者就环境中的病毒富集和检测方法加以阐述，为进一步完善环境病毒监测预警机制奠定基础。

| Abstract: | With the development of intensive farming and increasing breeding density, environmental viruses can cause prevalence and spread of infectious diseases, which bring seriously harm to human and animal and huge economic losses to farming enterprises. To learn the situation of environmental viruses, it is urgent to strengthen monitor of pathogenic viruses and establish early warning systems. In this paper, we demonstrate research progress on enrichment and detection of environmental virus in order to lay the foundation for environmental monitoring systems. |
