摘    要:迄今为止,质量安全可追溯是最为有效的食品安全管理方法,射频识别(radio frequency identification,RFID)技术已成为中国猪肉安全可追溯系统主要的技术手段。作者简述了可追溯系统和RFID技术的概念,重点阐述了RFID在生猪饲养、屠宰、运输、贮存、销售等环节的应用,最后针对中国RFID应用存在的问题提出相应对策,以期为建立适合中国国情的基于RFID技术的猪肉安全可追溯系统提供一定的参考。

Abstract:So far,since the quality and safety traceability system is the most effective food safety management,radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has become the main technical means for pork safety traceability system in China.The author summarized the concept of traceability system and RFID technology,and focused on the application of RFID in pig breeding,slaughtering,transportation,storage,marketing,and so on.Finally,the article proposed corresponding countermeasures for the problems of RFID’s application,so as to provide a reference for establishing a pork safety traceability system based on RFID technology in China.
