| 摘 要： | 实验室条件下可培养的微生物约占自然界中微生物总数的1%,这限制了人们对环境微生物的了解和利用.宏基因组学绕开传统纯培养方法,提供了一种探知微生物多样性和功能基因组的新方法.作者简述了宏基因组学的概念、基本方法,着重介绍了宏基因组学在动物胃肠道微生物研究中的应用和取得的成果,并对宏基因组学的发展做了简要分析.

| Abstract: | Under laboratory conditions, cultivable microbes with less than 1% of total microbes in nature, this is limited to understanding and utilization of environmental microbiota.Metagenomics break through the culturable method, and bring a new technology for study microbial diversity and functional genomics.This paper presents the concept and basic research methods, with emphasis on its application and achievement in gastrointestinal tract of an animal.At the same time, prospected the perspective of metagenomics. |
