饮水中添加不同剂量氟苯尼考对肉鸡新城疫活疫苗免疫效果的影响

摘    要:本研究旨在探讨饮水中添加不同剂量氟苯尼考对肉鸡新城疫活疫苗免疫效果的影响,确定氟苯尼考的最适使用剂量,为临床应用氟苯尼考提供合理的科学依据。试验将150只14日龄肉鸡分成5组(对照组及试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组)。对照组正常饮水,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在饮水中添加水溶性氟苯尼考50、100、200、400 mg/L,通过测定血清中鸡新城疫病毒抗体效价及IL-10、INF-γ含量,比较分析添加不同剂量的氟苯尼考对新城疫活疫苗免疫效果的影响。结果显示,试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组血清中鸡新城疫病毒抗体效价及IL-10、INF-γ含量与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05),但试验Ⅲ和Ⅳ组与对照组相比均差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,饮水中添加低剂量氟苯尼考(50、100 mg/L)对鸡新城疫活疫苗免疫效果不产生影响,但添加高剂量氟苯尼考(200、400 mg/L)对鸡新城疫活疫苗免疫效果产生免疫抑制作用。

Abstract:The assay was aimed to explore the effects of different doses of florfenicol on immunity effects of Newcastle disease live vaccine, determine the florfenicol optimal dosage, and provide scientific basis for the clinical application of florfenicol. 150 broilers of 14-day-old were divided into 5 groups (control group, groupsⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ). The control group normally drank water, groupsⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ respectively added water-soluble florfenicol 50,100,200,400 mg/L in the drinking water, through the determination of serum antibody titer of Newcastle disease, IL-10 and INF-γ contents, we analyzed the immune effect of different doses of florfenicol on Newcastle disease live vaccine. The test results showed, compared with control group, serum antibody titers of Newcastle disease, IL-10 and INF-γ contents of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ had no significant differences (P>0.05), but groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ had significant differences (P<0.05). Low doses of florfenicol added in drinking water (50,100 mg/L) had no effect on immune effect of Newcastle disease live vaccine, but high doses of florfenicol (200,400 mg/L) had immunosuppression on immune effect of Newcastle disease live vaccine.
