摘    要:建立了离子色谱-抑制型电导检测方法分离测定牛奶中的甜蜜素.甜蜜素的线性范围为3.0~80.0 mg/L,相关系数为0.9992,检测限为0.05 mg/L,加标回收率在90.1%~103.3%.实验结果表明,该法测定甜蜜素不需对样品进行预处理,方法简便,稳定性好,重复性好,灵敏可靠.

Abstract:A new method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in milk by ion exchange chromatography with suppressed conductance detection was established in an experiment reported in this paper. The results showed that the linear calibration for sodium cyclamate was in the range from 3.0 to 80. 0 mg/L, with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 2 and a detection limit of 0.05 mg/L. The recoveries were in the range of 90.1 %-103.3%. This method proved to be highly sensitive, reproducible and reliable, and easy to operate, as pretreatment of the samples was not necessary.
