摘    要:建立高效再生体系是生产甘蔗健康种苗和进行遗传改良的前提。试验采用正交设计方法,研究了6-BA、KT、NAA、活性炭的不同浓度及其组合对两个甘蔗基因型愈伤组织分化的效果,并筛选出了优化处理组合。试验研究结果表明,对于福农95-1702和福农94-0403的愈伤组织分化效果最佳的组合分别是:MS 1.5mg/L6-BA 2.0mg/LKT 0.2mg/LNAA 1.0g/L活性炭和MS 2.5mg/L6-BA 1.5mg/LKT 1,0g/L活性炭。

Abstract:Establishing high efficiency regeneration systems were precondition of yielding healthy seedling and genetic improvement for sugarcane. The effects of different concentration and combinations of 6-BA, KT, NAA and active carbon on two genotype sugarcane callus for their regeneration were studied by using orthogonal design, and combinations of optimum treatment were selected. The results showed that the optimum combinations were MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+2.0 mg/L KT+0.2 mg/L NAA+1.0 g/L active carbon and MS+2.5 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L KT+1.0 g/L active carbon for FN95-1702 and FN94-0403 respectively.
