全球FACE实验的进展与展望

摘    要:FACE实验是最近十几年开始发展起来的, 为研究二氧化碳浓度升高对生态系统和植物生长的影响提供了另一种方法。文中对FACE实验技术进行了概述, 分析了FACE实验的特点及优势; 在此基础上, 从生态系统、植物个体和微生物等领域对国内外FACE科学的研究进展进行了综述; 最后对FA CE今后的研究重点和方向进行了展望, 以期对今后的研究起到指导和借鉴作用。

Abstract:Free-Air CO2 Enrichment(FACE),developed over the last ten years,provides means for researching and quantifying the responses of ecosystem and plant growth under elevated atmospheric CO2 concentrations.In this paper,FACE facility development and experimental technology are summarized;FACE features and advantages are synthetically analyzed;based on the above,FACE progresses on ecosystem,individual plant and microorganism are reviewed.It is suggested that future research should give attention to the mechanism of biosphere regulating carbon exchange,quantifying the responses of ecosystem and plant and modeling critical process of ecosystem under elevated CO2 concentrations.
