性信息素防控梨小食心虫的田间防效及效益评估

摘    要:为明确性信息素在南方梨园中防治梨小食心虫的应用效果,采用悬挂迷向丝和涂抹迷向膏剂在田间开展梨小食心虫的防治效果和效益评估试验。结果表明,悬挂迷向丝对梨小食心虫的防治效果显著高于涂抹迷向膏剂和对照处理,悬挂迷向丝处理后梨小食心虫的全年迷向率和蛀果率分别为71.52%和5.5%;涂抹迷向膏剂对梨小食心虫的防治效果不显著。悬挂迷向丝的不同密度处理对梨小食心虫成虫的发生规律影响不明显,但随着悬挂密度的增加,蛀果率降低。梨小食心虫农药防治成本及效益评估结果显示,以每667m2悬挂迷向丝50根收益最高,减少梨果损失金额883元,每年减少3次化学农药的使用。本文明晰了性信息素处理下梨小食心虫成虫发生规律,筛选出经济有效的性信息素使用方法,减少化学农药的使用,为梨小食心虫生物防控提供技术支撑。

Evaluation of Field Application Effect and Benefit of Sex Pheromone on Control of Oriental Fruit Moth
Abstract:Field experiments were carried out to evaluate the effect and benefit of the control of oriental fruit moth with hanging disorientated wire and applying disorientated paste in order to clarify the application effect and benefit of sex pheromone in southern pear orchards in pear orchards in China. The result showed that the effect of hanging disorientated wire on the occurrence of adult oriental fruit moth was significantly higher than that of applying disorientated paste. the annual isotropic rate of oriental fruit moth and fruit decay rate was 71.52% and 5.5% respectively. The effect of the application of the disorientated paste was not significant. There was no significant difference in the occurrence of of adult oriental fruit moth among the hanging different hanging disorientated wire density, however, the fruit decay rate decreased with the increase of the hanging density. The cost and benefit evaluation results of pesticide control on oriental fruit moth showed the highest yield was achieved by hanging 50 disorientated wire per 667m2, reducing the amount of pome loss by 883 yuan, and reducing the use of chemical pesticides 3 times a yeart. The occurrence regularity of oriental fruit moth under the treatment of sex pheromone were clarified in this paper. The effective prevention and control of the occurrence of oriental fruit moth treatment was screened, meanwhile, the use of chemical pesticides was reduced. This study provided providing technical support for the biological control of oriental fruit moth.
