| 摘 要： | 针对焊接制造过程异地、异构数据管理和处理困难的问题,提出了焊接信息远程监测系统整体方案并规划了具体的功能模块,设计了焊接参数采集的硬件电路,依据不同设备及通道的参数采集模式,开发了焊接过程参数采集软件模块,实现了焊缝规范参数的采集,并以波形图形式显示与存储,完成了基于B/S模式焊接过程参数及其相关信息网络发布系统.

| Abstract: | For the problem of data management and processing in welding manufacturing procedure caused by different place, structure, a solution of welding information remote monitoring system is presented and function module is designed in detail. Hard circus for sampling welding parameter is finished. By different device and channel parameter sampling mode, welding procedure parameter sampling is developed. The welding specification parameter was sampled which was displayed and stored in wave shape. The network release system for welding procedure parameter and relative other information based on B/S mode was built. |
