摘    要:就实时荧光定量PCR的原理、应用和不足及前景等方面进行了论述。实时荧光定量PCR技术以其快速、灵敏、准确和高通量等特点受到了人们越来越多的重视,被广泛的应用于生物学研究的各个领域。近年来在植物病原检测方面,已建立了一大批植物病原的实时荧光定量PCR方法,这为植物病害的准确诊断与防控提供了强有力的工具。

Abstract:Real-time PCR principle,application,deficiencies and its prospect were introduced.More and more attentions were paid to Real-time PCR because of its rapidity,sensitivity and high-throughout.The technology was applied in different areas on biological researches.Los of detective methods on detection of plant pathogen using real-time PCR were established and great technical supplies were given to diagnosis,prevention and control of plant diseases.
