广东地区农民合作经济组织关于食品安全认识的现状调查

食品安全问题日益严峻，构建以农民合作经济组织为主体的食品安全监管体系是一条行之有效的途径，其中关键是发挥农民合作经济组织的功能和积极性。调查了广东地区农民合作经济组织对当前食品安全问题的认识、观点及参与积极性。结果表明，广东地区的农民合作经济组织成员对于当前食品安全现状严峻性的认识还未达到预期的高度；认为导致当前严峻食品安全问题的主要原因是食品安全监管体系薄弱、缺乏安全生产的技术及产品、环境污染等；认为加强当前食品安全监管，最有效途径是有效执行现有的相关法规和为农业生产提供安全技术和产品。广东地区的广大农民合作经济组织对于作为主体参与到我国食品安全监管体系中并发挥重要作用的问题，整体呈现积极和乐观的态度。

Investigation on food safety situation from farmercooperative economy organization in Guangdong

Currently, the food safety situation has become increasingly serious, and the construction of food safetysupervision system with farmer cooperative economy organization as the main body should be an effective way. The functionand enthusiasm of the farmer cooperative economy organization is the key factors. The judgment, viewpoint andparticipation on food safety problem of farmer cooperative economy organization in Guangdong was investigated in thispaper. The results showed that the view of the seriousness of the food safety situation from farmer cooperative economyorganization in Guangdong had not reached the expected height. In their viewpoints, The main causes of severe food safetyproblem were the weak food safety supervision system, the lack of safety production technology and products, environmentalpollution, etc. Those measures should be most effective to strengthen the supervision of food safety, including the effectiveimplementation of the relevant laws, the supplies of safe technology and products for agricultural production. The farmercooperative economy organization of Guangdong overall showed a positive and optimistic attitude to participate in the foodsafety supervision system in China as the main body and played an important role
