摘    要:以西瓜“ZQK0395”为材料,采用“海绵培养法”研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫对西瓜种子发芽率、发芽指数、平均侧根数、平均根重、平均根长的影响。结果表明,NaCl胁迫对种子发芽的影响呈S型变化曲线,120mmol/L为S型曲线两个拐点中间值,可作为该种质资源耐盐性遗传研究的参考鉴定浓度,180mmol/L为S型曲线的第二个拐点,可作为该种质资源耐盐性参考筛选浓度。同时利用主成分分析表明,种子发芽率、发芽指数、平均侧根数、平均根重、平均根长的向量负载值十分相近,因此在进行一般耐盐性鉴定时可以选择其中任意一项观察结果作为鉴定指标。

Abstract:Using method of sponge culture',effects of different NaCl concentration on germination rate,germination index number,average number of side roots,average weight of root,average length of root during period of watermelon 'ZQK0395'seed germination were tested.The results showed S' curve for effects of NaCl stress on germination of watermelon seed,the middle point between two inflexions of the curve was at 120 mmol/L and could be used as referenced screening concentration to study'ZQK0395'salt tolerance genetics,the second curve inflexion was at 180 mmol/L and could be used as referenced concentration for'ZQK0395'salt-tolerant germplasm selection.Principal component analysis of watermelon seed germination characteristic showed anyone of germination rate,germination index number,average number of side roots,average weight of root,average length of root could be used as salt-tolerance index for their eigenvectors were almost equal.
