| 摘 要： | 探讨了影响梨扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)技术体系的关键因素,建立了梨的AFLP标准技术体系,指出DNA的提取、酶的用量和酶切时间、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、银染程序等都对标准技术体系产生不同程度的影响。

| Abstract: | The key influencing factors of pear AFLP system were discussed.Pear AFLP standard technical system was established.It was pointed out that the DNA extraction,enzyme dosage,enzyme digestion time,polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,silver dye procedure and so on had different influencing degrees on the standard technical system. |
