微卫星标记的基因组学研究进展

摘    要:微卫星标记是真核生物基因组中分布均匀、含量高的一类短重复序列。本文从微卫星标记在基因组中的分布、微卫星标记的多态性、微卫星标记的进化、微卫星标记的功能及应用等几个方面对微卫星标记的基因组学研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Microsatellites are simple sequence tandem repeats(SSTRs).The repeat units are generally di-,tri-,tetra-or pentanucleotides.They tend to occur in non-coding regions of the DNA although a few human genetic disorders are caused by(trinucleotide)microsatellite regions in coding regions.Microsatellites are useful genetic markers because they are locus-specific,codominant,PCR-based,highly polymorphic.They are useful at a range of scales from individual ID to fine-scale phylogenies including linkage mapping,forensic science and population genetics.The focus of this thesis is on the genomic progress of microsatellites' disperse,polymorphism,evolution,function in eukaryotic cells and their scientific applications.
