| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法测定5％硝磺草酮-50％莠去津悬浮剂的有效成分含量，外标法定量。条件是：AgilentExtend-C18色谱柱（150．0mmx4．6mmi．d．）；流动相为1％磷酸（A）和乙腈（B），其中VA：VB=60：40；流速为1．2mL／min；紫外检测波长为230nm；柱温30℃。结果表明，在进样量为5斗L时具有良好的线性关系，硝磺草酮和莠去津的精密度RSD值分别为1．33％和1．31％。

| Abstract: | An reversal phase high performance liquid chromatography method using an external standard was developed for quantitative determination of 5% mesotrione-50% atrazine SC.Hereinto, Agilent Extend-C18 column （150.0 mmx4.6 mm i.d. ）with column temperature at 30℃ and 1% phosphoric acid- acetonitrile （60：40, by vol ）as a mobile phase was used.Flow rate was 1.2 mL/min, and the wavelength of UV detector was 230 nm.The results showed that the suitable inject volume was 5 μL,the precision of mesotrione and atrazine was 1.33% and 1.31% ,respectively. |
