养殖乌鳢结节病的病原分析

摘    要:目的]分析了解乌鳢结节病的病原。方法]以患病乌鳢为研究材料,通过组织病理学观察和人工感染试验,确定乌鳢结节病的病原性质 通过基本生理生化特性、16 S rRNA基因部分序列和药物敏感性的测定,对乌鳢结节病的病原进行鉴定。结果]组织病理学观察显示典型结节的中央为干酪样坏死,内含坏死的组织细胞和白细胞,其间有大量呈长杆状或分枝状菌丝 从病鱼的肾脏、肝脏等多个组织及腹水中均分离培养出细菌,用分离菌株作回归感染,证实分离菌株为乌鳢结节病的病原菌 通过对病原菌的基本生理生化特性测定和16 S rRNA基因部分序列分析,初步确定乌鳢结节病的病原为诺卡氏菌属的鰤诺卡氏菌(Nocardia seriolae)。结论]该研究为乌鳢结节病的进一步研究奠定了基础。

Pathogen Analysis on the Sarcoidosis in Cultured Ophiocephalus argus

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to analyze and understand the character and identity of pathogen of Ophiocephalus argus sarcoidosis.Method] With diseased O.argus as research material,through the observation of histopathology and artificial infection test,the pathogenic character of sarcoidosis of ophiocephals argus;through determination of basic physiological and biochemical characteristics,partial sequence of 16 S rRNA gene and drug sensitivity,the pathogen of O.argus sarcoidosis was identified.Result] The observation of histopathology showed that the center of the typical nodule was caseous necrosis,necrotic tissue cell and white cell were contained in it,and a great deal of long rod or branchlike mycelium were visible in necrotic centers.Bacteria were separated and cultured from many tissues such as kidney and liver and ascites.Using separated strain for recursive infection,the separated strain was confirmed as pathogen of O.argus sarcoidosis.Through determining the physiological and biochemical characteristics of pathogen and analyzing partial sequence of its 16 S rRNA gene,the pathogen of O.argus sarcoidosis was preliminarily confirmed as Nocardia seriolae which belonged to Nocardia.Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for the further study on O.argus sarcoidosis.
