It puts forward many grade control and evaluation net and expounds the method to produce quality evaluation form, control system of quality ordinary question and quality analysis. It determines technology way and movement foundation on system development. The paper introduces the model and its function on the control system of construction quality of building engineering. This system is a opening system, it may be filled and complemented with new content at any time. It has better adaptable to change of construction code.
