| 摘 要： | 连续气化的生物质流化床气化炉,以空气和水蒸气为气化剂,用生物质和煤为原料(煤的质量比0~20%),煤气热值为6~7 M J/m3。该炉在生产燃气的同时,还可副产水蒸气和生物质木炭,燃气可民用、工业用及发电用。间歇气化的生物质流化床水煤气炉,采用吹风和制气的二步工作法生产水煤气。水煤气的热值可达12~16 M J/m3,燃气可用于提氢和制备甲醇、二甲醚等。

| Abstract: | (1) Biomass fluidized bed with continuous gasification takes air and steam as gas and biomass and coal as raw materials(the mass ratio of coal is 0~20%),with the heat value of fuel gas being 6~7 MJ/M.The(gasifier) could produce fuel gas and such byproducts as steam and biomass charcoal.The fuel gas could be used for civil purpose,industry and electricity generation.(2) Biomass fluidized bed coal gasifier with discontinuous gasification adopts wind blowing and gas generation and produces water gas.The heat value of water gas is 12~16 MJ/M,and the water gas could be used to distilling hydrogen and preparing methanol,dimethyl ether,etc. |
