黄河河套灌溉区发展甜菜生产的对策

针对甜菜生产存在的问题,提出甜菜高产(60t/hm^2),高糖(16．5％)的技术措施：占用饲料地种植甜菜,解决争地矛盾;建设甜菜产业化基地,实现工农双赢;实行科学种田,实现甜菜“三高”;实行甜菜生产机械化,提高劳动生产力;典型引路,实行“一帮一”科技示范。

Countermeasure on improving sugar beet production in Hetao irrigation area by the Yellow River

On some problems in sugar beet production,the techniques and measures of high yield(60t/ha)and high sugar content (16.5%)of sugar beet were proposed,they are as follows,the feedstuff field s used to plant sugar beet will resolve the inconsistency contests against other crops for fields;the sugar beet industrial base will be set up so that beet sugar factory and farmers both obtain profits;scientific farming will be put into practice to come true"three high"in sugar beet;mechanization of sugar beet production will be practised to improve labor productivity;model planters hold a lead and come true scientific and technological demonstration of"one help s one".
