| 摘 要： | 本文概述了ＲＡＰＤ技术在水产经济动物种质资源鉴定和遗传育种研究中的应用情况。主要包括物种基因组ＤＮＡ多态性的检测、物种及品种的分类与鉴定、亲缘关系及系统发育的分析、遗传图谱的构建和分子标记辅助育种。同时指出了ＲＡＰＤ技术的局限性和在水产经济动物遗传育种中的应用前景

| Abstract: | The application of RAPD markers to the studies on germplasm and breeding of aquatic commercial animals are outlined.And the application of RAPD technique in aquatic commercial animals includes chiefly the detection of polymorphism,classification,identification of species and varieties,genetic relationship,phylogenesis,construction of genetic linkage map and molecular assisted breeding. At the same time,the limitation and application prospect of RAPD technique in aquatic commercial animals are presented. |
