摘    要:通过添加三种不同浓度的有机酸(柠檬酸、草酸和苹果酸) ,测定铝毒胁迫下大豆的根系活力及主要根系 性状,研究了三种外源有机酸对大豆铝毒害的缓解效应。实验结果显示,三种有机酸在适当低浓度条件下,对大豆 铝毒害都有一定的缓解效果,其中以柠檬酸的缓解效果最好,草酸和苹果酸的缓解效果相当;但当有机酸浓度较高 时,反而会使大豆根系活力降低,根伸长受到抑制;有机酸对浙春2号的缓解作用强于浙春3号, 15d处理的缓解效 果优于30d。

Abstract:The ameliorating effects of organic acids added to the nutrient solution on aluminum stressed soybean were studied.Three organic acids (citric acid,oxalic acid and malic acid) were added to measure the root activity and morphological characteristics of roots.The results indicated that three additions of organic acids under aluminum stress could distinctly ameliorate the inhibition of aluminum on soybean.The ameliorating effect of citric acid was comparatively better than that of oxalic and malic acids,while no difference was observed between oxalic and malic acids.However,when concentration of organic acids was high,the root activities decreased and growth of roots were restrained.The ameliorating effects of organic acids on Zhechun No.2 was more obvious than that on Zhechun No.3,and ameliorating effects of exposure into exogenous organic acids for 15d had more evident effect than that for 30d.
