| 摘 要： | 以从湖南长沙和湘西黑斑蛙大腿肌肉中采集的2条猬裂头蚴作为研究对象,用引物ND4F及ND4R扩增猬裂头蚴的pnad4片段,应用ClustalX1.81程序对序列进行比对,同时利用DNA Star5.0中的Megalign程序进行同源性分析。结果显示,来自湖南长沙和湘西的2条猬裂头蚴的pnad4序列均为640 bp。研究结果为猬裂头蚴进一步的分类、鉴定和遗传变异研究奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | To amplify and analyse the mitochondrial NADH dehydrogenase subunit 4(nad4) gene of Sparganum erinaceieuropaei isolated from Hunan province,the partial nad4(pnad4) was amplified from each Sparganum erinaceieuropaei sample,and pnad 4 sequences were aligned using the ClustalX 1.81.Sequence homology analysis was performed using the Megalign program of the software DNAStar version 5.0.The results showed that the lengths of pnad4 were 640 bp.The results provided a foundation for further studies on the molecular ... |
