摘    要:在二系杂交水稻种于生产中,由于母本雄性不育不彻底,往往造成自交种子污染;在不育系繁种时,由于与外源花粉串粉杂交或机械混杂,因此难以保证不育系纯度。作者选用叶绿素缺失突变体为模式标记,讨论了标记性状必需具备的条件及其应用方法。最后以一个转绿型白化突变体为例,证明了标记性状对当代及F_1杂种优势无负效应,从而证实了这一去杂体系具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:In two-line hybrid rice, hybrid seed production often encounters self-or sib-seed con-tamination because of the incomplete male sterility of female line, While in multiplication of male sterile seeds,it has the problem of fertile seed contamination originating from pollination with ex-otic pollen or from mechanically mixed seed. Therefore, a convenient system for elimination of seed contamination is favourable and important especially for EGMS(Environmental Sensitive Genic Male Sterility))or CHAMS(Chemical Hybridized Agent induced Male Sterility)facilitated two-line hybrid indica rice,where there is still no stable and effective EGMS line which could be extensively used in practice. With the aim to develop such a system, chlorophyll defbient mutation is chosen as an model marker,its essential qualities and usages in different systems are presented. Studies on a greenable albino T (temperature)GMS as regards its morpho agronomic cbaracters and F_1 heterosis showed that such a marker trait was useful in the proposed elimination system.
