| 摘 要： | 向日葵是世界四大油料作物之一，向日葵油是优质保健食用油。同时，食用型向日葵又是重要的经济作物，是休闲食品和食品加工的重要原料。黑龙江省是向日葵的重要产区之一，发展向日葵生产能充分利用土地资源、优化产业结构，增加农牧民的收入，具有十分重要的意义。
