重庆作为全国田园综合体首批试点建设省份，形成了“1+3”田园综合体建设总体布局。 在分析田园综合体建设现状及问题的基础上，提出了重庆田园综合体建设的四条新路径，重点调 整业态结构，打造新型社区群落，逐步实现产业和文化融合，构建支撑发展田园综合体的产业链， 形成“企业参与，多方共建”的建设主体。
