| 摘 要： | 在当前，高校辅导员职业化建设已经成为了社会关注的一个焦点问题，为了更好的促使高校辅导员职业化建设，本文首先对当前职业化建设的3+1 培训模式进行了分析，接着阐述了当前辅导员职业化培养中存在的问题，最后论述了高校辅导员职业化培训的路径，以便可以更好的推动高校辅导员职业化建设向前发展。

| Abstract: | In the current, the professionalization of university counselors construction has become a fo?cus of the attention problems, in order to encourage college counselors professionalization construction,this paper firstly for the construction of professional training of 3 + 1 pattern are analyzed, and then ex?pounds the problems existing in the current counselors continually cultivate, finally discusses the pro?fessional training of university counselors path. |
