摘    要:采用微生物学方法,冬季时从污水处理厂曝气池的活性污泥中分离出具有较高生物活性和代谢有机污染物能力的低温微生物x1005和x1213菌株,在此基础上分别进行低温条件下UASB法处理猪场废水降解能力的测定。试验结果表明:x1005和x1213菌株对污水中COD的去除率分别为72.5%和67.1%;对BOD的去除率分别为56.7%和49.3%;对SS去除率分别为5.1%和3.2%。

Abstract:In this paper, cold-adapted microorganism x1005 and x1213 that have higher biological activity and metabolize ability of or- ganic pollutants were isolated from activated sludge in winter by microbiology technique. On the base of it, the metabolize ability of xlO05 and x1213 on piggery wastewater by UASB were tested in low temperature sewage. The results showed that the highest COD re- moval rate of x1005 and x1213 was 72.5% and 67.1%, respectively. The BOD removal rate of xlO05 ~ x1213 could reach to 56.7% and 49.3%. The SS removal rate of x1005 and x1213 was 5.1% and 3.2%.
