| 摘 要： | 以参与式林业理论为切入点,通过对松嫩平原库区进行实地调研,针对其在生态环境中存在的实际问题,提出成立农民林业协会的方式,并在库区林业建设中得到应用,同时通过建立评估系统对参与式林业的设计实施情况进行监督管理,最终使库区林业经济效益和生态效益最大化。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of participatory forestry,through field investigation on the reservoir area of Songnen Plain and according to its existing problems in the ecological environment,it was proposed to set up Farmer Forestry Association which was applied in forestry construction in the reservoir area.At same time,the design and implementation of participatory forestry were supervised by establishing evaluation system,which made the forestry in reservoir area obtain the maximum economic and ecological benefits. |
