| 摘 要： | 马立克病病毒(MDV)与致肿瘤相关的38kd磷蛋白(pp38)基因的编码序列是一个不含有内含子的由870个碱基对组成的DNA片断。从对MDVpp38-λgtll Lac Z融合基因的定序及已知Lac Z基因的译读框,直接读出了MDVpp38基因的译读框。根据计算,由该译读框推导出的该基因编码的由290个氨基酸组成的初级多肽分子量约为31kd.

| Abstract: | The coding sequence of Marek's disease virus (MDV) transformation-related38kd phosphorylated protein (pp38) gene contains 870 bp, and there is no intron within thegene. The reading frame or MDV pp38 gene was determined directly from sequencing therecombinant MDV pp38-gtll Lac Z fusion gene and the known Lac Z reading frame.Based on accounting, the molecular weight of the primary peptide of 290 amino acids was36,290 and very close to 38kd estimated from gel electrophoresis in immunoprecipitation. |
