Abstract: | The principle,characteristics and applicable kind of fruits and vegetables of each pre-cooling technique for just harvested fresh fruits and vegetables were introduced,including vacuum pre-cooling,forced-air(presure) pre-cooling,ice injection pre-cooling,hydrawlic pre-cooling,etc,and the corresponding practical pre-cooling equipments and their main design points were described and discussed in this paper. |
