摘    要:用卡那霉素对花粉管通道法获得的东农46转化当代种子进行初步筛选,结果表明:400ppm卡那霉素能有效抑制非转化大豆植株的正常生长;经Gus染色和PCR检测,从中可以筛选到阳性植株.可见,用此法对转化植株进行初步筛选是经济有效的.

Abstract:Kanamycin was used to screen To seeds of transgene Dongnong 46 by way of pollen-tube. The resuits showed that 400ppm kanamycin could inhibit growth of non-transgene plants, and positive plants could be gotten using Gus and PCR detection. It was proved that this method wa economic and effective in screening the transgene plants.
