黄瓜PGPR菌株根部定殖的扫描电镜研究

摘    要:扫描电镜观察植物根际促生细菌(PGPR)菌株在限菌状况下黄瓜根部的定殖,结果显示根部定殖具宏观不均匀性,只在根面的少部分能够定殖,即存在有利于PGPR生长繁殖的生态位点;供试PGPR菌株在根部的扩展方式主要有2种:由根尖的被动携带和随根表水膜转移。

Abstract:Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observations on root colonization of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria in cucumber (Cucumis sativas L.) showed that not the entire root surface, but only those niche sites beneficial to the growth and multiplication of bacterial cells could be colonized under gnotobiotic conditions. There were two dispersal patterns of introduced PGPR on the root in which PGPR were carried passively by growing root tip and transferred with water membrane.
