牡丹峰自然保护区森林群落土壤动物多样性研究

2007年5-8月，在原始生境破碎化条件下，对牡丹峰自然保护区原始森林、人工针叶林、阔叶林、灌木林、草地的土壤动物群落的变化进行了研究。分别采用了手捡法、筛选法、淘稀法、烘热法，共获土壤动物52类，2 434只，全部个体中优势类群为3类，占57.56%；常见类群9类，占25.31%；稀有类群37类，占16.91%；极稀有类群3类，占0.2%。结果表明：生境破碎化后，根据人类的破坏程度由轻到重，不同土壤动物的数量呈下降趋势，土壤动物个数与种类表现为：原始森林﹥人工针叶林﹥阔叶林﹥灌木林﹥草地，地表土壤至地下15 cm处的动物随深度的加深，种类及数量急剧下降。多样性指数（H）最大值和最小值因群落、月份不同而不同，均匀度指数（E）和优势度指数（D）大体与多样性指数（H）相同。

Study on Soil Animals Diversity of Forest Community in Mudanjiang Nature Reserve
