牡丹峰自然保护区森林群落土壤动物多样性研究

摘    要:2007年5-8月,在原始生境破碎化条件下,对牡丹峰自然保护区原始森林、人工针叶林、阔叶林、灌木林、草地的土壤动物群落的变化进行了研究。分别采用了手捡法、筛选法、淘稀法、烘热法,共获土壤动物52类,2 434只,全部个体中优势类群为3类,占57.56%;常见类群9类,占25.31%;稀有类群37类,占16.91%;极稀有类群3类,占0.2%。结果表明:生境破碎化后,根据人类的破坏程度由轻到重,不同土壤动物的数量呈下降趋势,土壤动物个数与种类表现为:原始森林﹥人工针叶林﹥阔叶林﹥灌木林﹥草地,地表土壤至地下15 cm处的动物随深度的加深,种类及数量急剧下降。多样性指数(H)最大值和最小值因群落、月份不同而不同,均匀度指数(E)和优势度指数(D)大体与多样性指数(H)相同。
